OFFICIAL CONTEST DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL FEBRUARY 2005. PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 2005, NO ENTRIES WILL BE SAVED. PRIOR TO THIS DATE ALL MBABINGO.COM CONTRACTS, EITHER EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, ARE NOT VALID.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO REGISTER The MBABingo promotion ("Promotion") provides registrants of MBABingo Sweepstakes ("Registrants") with the opportunity to win various Promotions sponsored by MBABingo ("Sponsors"). Winners will receive various goods or cash awards ("Prize"), as clearly designated on the MBABingo Sweepstakes homepage. The Promotions will continue on an ongoing basis until terminated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or revise these Official Rules at any time without notice.
Sponsor is under no obligation to send you a Prize if you have not complied with the following steps:
1. truthfully complete all required fields on the Registration Form;
2. abide by these Official Rules;
3. abide by any special rules that may apply to certain Prizes as designated on the MBABingo Sweepstakes' Prize page.

REGISTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL MATTERS: This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is also subject to any specific rules that may be found online at MBABingo Sweepstakes' Prize page, and the MBABingo Sweepstakes' Privacy Policy.

Effect of Registering
By registering (i.e. truthfully completing the registration form and agreeing to abide by these Official Rules), you become a Registrant. Registrations will be deemed made by the person whose name was given in the registration process. Unless otherwise noted, all registrations become the property of Sponsor and may be shared with or sold to select business partners.

Registrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or any good received. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted registrations or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur.

To Participate
Beginning at 12:01 AM, Eastern Standard time in the U.S. on May 20, 2002, and through 12:01 PM, Eastern Standard time in the U.S. on September 9, 2002, you can register to participate in the MBABingo Sweepstakes by visiting the homepage. This will include providing your name and complete address, including city, state and zip code, e-mail address, phone number, gender and date of birth. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility
You must be a legal resident of either one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years or older, to register. Children under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from becoming Registrants of Bounty Web, regardless of parental approval. THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Prize Savers, their sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, insurers, suppliers, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Disqualification
Should Sponsor determine, in its sole discretion, that any Registrant has violated any of the prohibitions contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have no obligation to award a Prize to such Registrant. Further, such Registrant will be irrevocably denied eligibility for any and all promotions, features, contests, and services available through the MBABingo Network. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Potential Prize winners will be notified by e-mail within twenty-four (24) hours after the drawing. Potential Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of first attempted notification to receive their prize. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Non-compliance with this time period may result in disqualification.

Caution
ANY ATTEMPT BY A REGISTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE BOUNTY WEB SERVICE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Receipt of Goods
No goods other than those specifically listed will be awarded as Prizes. No substitution or transfer of goods is permissible, unless, in the event of unavailability of any Prize, Sponsor may award a substitute good of equal or greater value. Sponsor will determine the value of the Prize in its sole, reasonable discretion. All taxes on goods are the responsibility of Registrants.

It is your sole responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to your receipt of goods. You understand that you may be required to complete certain Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") tax information reporting forms before your receipt of any goods. You further understand that Sponsor may be required to provide information regarding your receipt of goods to the IRS.

Recipients grant to Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper name and home state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with this promotion. Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of any good constitutes permission for Sponsor and its advertising and promotional agencies to use winner' s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Liability Limitation
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Bounty Web services or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in this promotion. Sponsor expressly disclaims any liability arising from the use of registration information by third parties. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this service. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.

Dispute Resolution
Any and all disputes regarding this promotion shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Utah exclusively, pursuant to the laws of the State of Utah.

Winners' List
The names of all prize winners are available online on the MBABingo Sweepstakes' Winners' page; and may also be obtained 60 days after the drawing for a specific contest by sending an e-mail to support@MBABingo.com.
